Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations, including dining areas, bars, and kitchen - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs - Ensure high quality of Food and Beverage offerings and exceptional customer service - Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize efficiency - Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions - Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations Experience: - Proven experience in food handling, food production, and kitchen management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent knowledge of Food service industry trends and best practices - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in shift management or hospitality is preferred If you have a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing Food and Beverage operations, we want to hear from you!
