Job Description (not limited to):
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately.
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash.
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory.
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties.
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food.
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations.
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Delivers food to the bar, or the designated area on a timely and accurate manner.
- sets up the napkins, silverware and condiments for the next shift.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage.
- TABC / Food Handler Certified.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to stand on feet for long periods of time, and carry, pull and push at least 30 pounds.
