- Works with team on a daily basis recognizing and rewarding excellent service
- Audits and verifies all guest services and transactions
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and the Lake George area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required
- Prior supervisory experience is required
- Familiarity with Marriott systems are a plus
- Strong guest relations skills and ability to handle conversations with tact
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
