Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized English and Spanish speaking front office coordinator to join our firm. The candidate must 100 % fluent in both English and Spanish, be cheerful and upbeat, and be naturally detail-oriented. Proner and Proner is a well-regarded and well-established law firm in midtown Manhattan across the street from Grand Central Station. We have a need for a permanent split duty position handling all reception area duties as well as some hybrid legal assistant tasks including monitoring and scanning incoming mail and assisting with maintaining the law office calendar and making sure clients confirm and attend Court appointments. Interested applicants must have legal documents to work in the United States. Prior law office experience is helpful but not required. Interested candidates should send resume and cover letter.
