Hosts / Hostess / Marketing Executive
Be the face of our restaurant and the first one to welcome and greet and seat guests in a courteous manner. Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere by answering questions, making suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service. Answer the phones and fill to-go orders using the point-of-sale computerized register system, present guest check to each table and accepts a form of payment when needed. During some other downtime, respond to emails and help create posting on websites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and enhance your marketing / social skills. Visit hotels and companies to help the business and grow sales. Help in other duties as needed by the restaurant.
Servers / Chefs / Bar Tenders
Combine your love for cooking and passion for hospitality. Servers / Chefs / Bar Tenders at Stone’s Cove are responsible for the total guest experience, engaging guests from the start, getting to know them and determining how to execute the best service possible. Making this happen includes greeting guests, taking orders, cooking, mixing up signature cocktails, serving guests and processing payment in a fun filled team-service environment.
This role is ideal for someone who not only enjoys serving and working with guests but also also enjoys cooking, mixing drinks in a exciting and fast-paced busy restaurant kitchen.
This position will allow you to
- Enhance your culinary, interpersonal, customer-service skills in the hospitality industry.
- Acquire knowledge and training in all aspects of a restaurant: service, bar-tending, kitchen
prep, cooking, and quality control
- Progress into management roles.
