SalaryOverview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management - Provide accurate wait times and manage the seating process efficiently - Assist in coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Requirements: - Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Join our team as a Host/Host and be part of an exciting dining experience.
