This is for a full time position. We are open Tuesday-Sunday for dinner service. You will be expected to work 6 days a week (4-6 hours a day average). Must have prior experience as a Hostess/Host in a fine dining establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Use POS system to manage reservations and track table availability
