Job Responsibilities: As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of our center. Working closely with the General Manager, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and execute operational strategies
• Assisting in the management of all departments to ensure smooth operations
• Upholding high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Contributing to the recruitment, training, and motivation of a high-performing team
• Supporting financial goals through effective cost-control measures
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff and customers
• Assisting with vendor management and community relations

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the entertainment, hospitality, or related industry
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to achieving financial and operational targets
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with industry-specific software
