We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Entertainment Operations. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Experience Architect: Serve as the driving force behind an exceptional guest experience, focusing on cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere that goes beyond traditional hospitality.
- Operational Maestro: Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring precision in managing front desk services, housekeeping, food and beverage offerings, and events to maintain the high standards of our establishments.
- Team Maestro: Lead a stellar team, handling recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, inspiring excellence aligned with our company standards.
- Financial Strategist: Monitor the financial pulse of our operations, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability while aligning seamlessly with our organizational goals.
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional strategies, playing a crucial role in attracting guests and driving revenue.
- Guardian of Heritage: Embrace the historical significance of our locations, ensuring the preservation of their unique stories through meticulous maintenance, educational initiatives, and promoting their rich heritage.
- Compliance Guru: Navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry standards in safety, sanitation, and licensing.
- Master Negotiator: Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, managing supplies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of goods and services.
- Event Virtuoso: Oversee the planning and execution of diverse events, from conferences to weddings, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience for our guests.
