This position is open to any level of RN, including Residents.
We are offering up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital Acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital Acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment.

Compensation Details:
Base Salary: Up to $140,793/year

Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multistate Compact RN License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire

Experience Required for Staff RN:

• 1 year Nursing Experience

Experience Required for Fellow RN:

• 1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire

Experience Required for Resident RN:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
