Compensation:
- $3,750 Sign-On Bonus included
- $47.95 - $70.34 per hour
- Differentials added for time worked nights and weekends
- Nights (7PM to 7AM): $7.00 per hour (already included in hourly rate)
- Weekends (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday): $2.00 per hour
- Referral Bonuses are available for any CNA, MA, or RN you refer that gets hired at CCHS

Our team focuses on collaboration with an interdisciplinary team with Rehab therapy, Wound Care, Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, Lab, among others. The team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and the community. Once you are oriented into Acute Care, you are able to train in the Emergency Department at your own pace.
The Shift Supervisor in Acute Care helps to ensure care is coordinated and delivered while the unit works together as a team. You will assist with patient care, med passes, and general oversight on the floor as needed. The Shift Supervisor ensures that staff get their breaks and lunches, keeping the team energized. As a member of the Acute Care nursing staff, you will evaluate diagnostic tests, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate provision of safe patient care while finding collaborative solutions. We are looking for an individual who can adapt and learn. Our Acute Care staff works 12-hour shifts throughout the week. The NOC shift is from 7PM to 7AM however, we do have adjustable shifts available and an option of 11PM to 7AM.
