ABOUT THE ROLE
Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for a Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our Revenue Cycle Management Team. The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization. The BOM will:
- Be on client site for the majority of the work week with some remote time available
- Full travel expenses to client site paid with corporate apartment and corporate vehicle for use while working at client site OR relocation assistance if desired to fully relocate to the area where the client is located
- Lead and manage client’s local resources for all Patient Registration areas and Patient Financial Services
- Function as BOM and assume all roles and responsibilities of the position as an Ni2 employee supporting the local Executive Leadership (CEO, CFO & CNO and other local leadership as directed)
- Have a deep understanding of Electronic Health Records and specifically Cerner
- Will use Ni2 Health’s proprietary tools and technology to support effective AR Management with the local on-site team
- Must have a laser focus on driving value to the Client with effective AR Management and effective resource management while improving overall employee engagement and satisfaction
- Directly supporting Client CFO with Cerner Reporting and other duties as assigned by local leadership
- This role provides direct access to company leadership and opportunities for individual professional mentoring
Minimum Job Requirements
- BA / BS degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Takes initiative to complete tasks rapidly and accurately
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to client site and be on-site at defined client 85% of the time
- Cerner Revenue Cycle Management Knowledge
- Strong analytics/data science skills
- Hospital Revenue Cycle Experience
- Must have prior experience leading teams and managing a Hospital Business Office
- Cash Collections, reduce credit balances, aged AR >90 days, Medicare Credit Balance Report
- Stay current with coalition billing, charity applications, bad debt placements
- Addressing all patient complaints

- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
