Salary and Benefits

• The pay range: $80,000 - $83,000
• Health Insurance – Employer Covers 80% of out-of-pocket expenses.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• Hospice care
• Home visits
• Managing a caseload of 10-14 patients per week
• Servicing area Poughkeepsie, Fishkill.

Requirements

• Clear and active RN license in the state of New York.
• Hospice, Home Health, ICU, CCU, Oncology, End-of-Life Care or OB experience preferred.
