Homecare Contract Opportunity for OASIS-proficient RN in Fort Wayne, IN

Are you an experienced RN that specializes in Homecare and is proficient with OASIS?Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications for a 13 week contract with a HomecareAgencyin Fort Wayne, IN. Take care of patients one-on-one while spending time in this historic midwestern city.
The selected Homecare RNwill be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full TimeContract
• 25-30 units weekly
• OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

The ideal Homecare RN will have:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience required
• Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
• Current IN RNlicense
• Current BLS (AHA)
• OASIS 24-48 hour turnaround - required
• Homecare Homebase experience required
• Valid Drivers License and Insurance
• Great references
• Clear background and drug screen
