We are seeking a detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential and multi-family properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues. Your expertise in building science and quality control will be crucial in ensuring that homes meet safety and building standards.

Duties:

- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and more

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that homes are built meeting industry standards

- Collect data and document findings during inspections, including photographs and written reports

- Provide detailed explanations to clients regarding inspection results and recommendations for repairs

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction related field

- Strong knowledge of building science, regulations, and safety standards

- Excellent analytical skills to identify potential issues or defects

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness

- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate findings to clients

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Strong writting and editing skillls
