We are seeking Certified Home Inspectors to take on a part-time role in a flexible work environment in a 1099 setting

And now Elite Group is looking for another part-time inspector in beautiful Boise, ID.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Home Inspection Certification
Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct inspections of residential properties, including all major systems and components
Inspect various systems in a variety of houses (inspecting attics, electrical panels, crawl spaces and roofs)
Generate comprehensive inspection reports outlining the home's condition, addressing any issues or concerns, and explaining them to clients clearly and concisely.
Compensation:
40% of the ticket cost. (Volume may vary)
