Home Health Aide/Companion

4U Home Health Care South, LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our excellent field team to provide assistance to male veteran in the Shakopee area.

Family is seeking Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30p-3:30p. Additional hours with other clients, if wanted.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities (shower, grooming, incontinent care, etc.)
- Companionship
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Food prep/cooking/grocery shop
- Light housekeeping duties (sweep/mop/dishes/laundry)
- Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build a positive rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Background / fingerprint check and two-step TB Mantoux
