JOB SUMMARY
This position is for daily onsite desktop support at our Caledonia location. This position will involve working independently and within a team. This position will require strong problem-solving skills to provide support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Additional responsibilities include Executive support, AV conference room support, and escalation point for the Caledonia campus.
The role requires a customer first mindset.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas of desktop support.
" Checks and maintains conference rooms to make sure they are working properly.
" Responds to and resolves issues from email, chat, phone, and Service Now ticketing system.
" Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions as defined by our internal Service Level Agreements.
" Creating/Updating knowledge-based support articles.
" Triage and trouble shoot unfamiliar issues.
" Must be able to lift and place equipment of varying weight.
" Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
" Use of collaboration tools (Webex/MS Teams) is a preferred.
" Must have fundamental knowledge of computer networking.
" Must provide exemplary customer service to all customers interacting with End User Computing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of desktop support experience.
CompTia A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Google IT Support Professional certifications are preferred.
