SalaryDay program seeks energetic and compassionate self-starters to service adults, seniors and the developmentally disabled.
- Assist with ADLs (toileting, feeding, transferring, personal care)
- Assist with meal prep, serving and other maintenance duties
- Able to support a person’s weight for transfers or mobility support
- Compliant and timely with documentation
- Recreation and activities
- Transport/supervise clients to community outings/opportunities and medical appointments
- Comply with all health & safety standards for consumer safety
- Successfully complete and maintain required trainings
- Dependable and punctual a must
- Strong positive interpersonal skills required
- Keen sense of observation and reporting to staff and supervisors
- Ability to implement care plans as required by consumer needs
- Fun, upbeat and positive personality
- Caring, patient and compassionate
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and in good standing
- HHA Certification a plus
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
- Exp. caring for adults, senior and developmentally disabled a plus
- Criminal background check
- Drug screening
- Fingerprinting
- Online trainings
