Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient health, and providing companionship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation and laundry
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
