Home Health Aide

We are looking for an experienced HOME HEALTH AIDE

Territories to Cover- Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Palm Springs, Beaumont, Hemet, Lake Elsinore, Simi Valley, San Fernando Valley, & Ventura County

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care, dementia care, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of tube feeding and medication administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and their families.
- Familiarity with assisted living or nursing home settings is beneficial.
- Ability to take accurate vital signs and record them appropriately.
- Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for patients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
