Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
-medications reminders as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Cook and prepare meals according to dietary requirements
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or healthcare team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed
Skills:
- Experience in senior care or home care settings
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail in documenting patient information and reporting observations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently under minimal supervision

Requirements:
- Active NJ CHHA license
- Updated COVID vaccine and bootser
- MUST be willing to undergo criminal background check

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 40 per week
