To become a Home Health Aide for our company, you'll need to have an understanding of Home Healthcare and assist in caring for the needs of our patients. Whether you want to work part-time in your free time or full-time during business hours, we're looking for compassionate and energetic individuals who enjoy working with the elderly. This position requires experience in caring for disabled adults and will require you to be responsible for dressing, feeding and bathing our patients as well as ensuring that all their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical care to patients, such as bathing and dressing them.
- Provide emotional care to patients and their families, such as sitting with them during extended stays in the hospital or comforting them after a serious loss.
- Assist with daily living such as making meals and running errands for the patient and their family.
- Deal with difficult patients or family members.
- Handle confidential patient information.
- Demonstrate empathy toward patients and their families.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
