Caregiver/Home Health Aide

### Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing personal care, and ensuring the well-being of our clients. ### Duties:

- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Document client observations and activities accurately and timely

### Qualifications:

- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to lift and assist clients as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
