At Communities of Care, we offer World Class Home Care with small community values. We're looking for a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available around the state. New grads welcome!

- Day Shifts 8a - 8p Every other weekend
- weekend rotation is included.

Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients.
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
