Our goal is to help our clients build the support they need to remain in their homes, and our RN team is central to the services we provide.
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly wage dependent on qualifications

Work Location & Hours:
- We can offer flexible schedules and will work with you to create one that meets your needs
- In office and in client homes
- No nights, holidays or weekends required
A strong candidate will possess strong assessment skills, time management skills, and communication skills. Knowledge of home care is a plus, but not required.
Job duties include:
- Develop care plan with client based off of PCA assessment
- Train professional caregivers (Personal Care Assistants) on the care plan
- Oversee the quality of care by professional caregivers
- Communicate regularly with case managers, supervisors, and the care team
- Maintain current, accurate and organized files and charts
- Provide care in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures
- Advocate for clients
Requirements and experience:
- Degree from an accredited school or professional nursing program
- Currently registered with the MN Board of Nursing
- Able to work independently with the partnership of an offsite Lead Nurse
- Good interpersonal skills and cultural competency
- Willingness to travel to client homes (with gas reimbursement)
