We are hiring a Home Care Assistant Administrator for our growing Home Health and Private Duty agency. The Home Care Assistant Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for our Home Care agency.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $70000 per year
How you will make an impact:
- Work with the Home Care Administrator to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Agency policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze financial management, participate in planning, developing, and maintaining the operating budget
- Participate in quality improvement programs; continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and workflows in partnership with the corporate team. Evaluate systemic problems and develops action plans to address them.
- Address compliance, complaint, and staff/patient grievances and reports them according to policy.
- Foster effective teamwork among the Agency's staff and community's management team to ensure high-quality service and care.

What you need:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Private Duty, Home Health, Healthcare or Senior Living
- Previous supervisory experience
