Caregiver/Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Assist with social work activities and facilitate social interactions
- Provide patient care and assistance with daily living activities
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Assist transferring patients as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions
- Understanding of social work principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide patient care with compassion and empathy
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements
