Job Description
SonderCare is a rapidly growing provider of premium home hospital beds looking for a Sales Representativeto help our team manage and grow Durable Medical Equipment accounts across the country. This representative will spend 80% of their time in their home office, signing new DME accounts to carry SonderCare product and fostering existing relationships. 20% of their time will be spent travleing in the feild visiting new and existing cusotmers across the US. This is a fast-paced sales position with the opportunity for some travel and the potential to make great commissions.

Primary Duties:
- Sales calls to new and existing DME customers, on the phone and in person
- Sales presentations and events
- Creating and executing sales strategies
- Communicating by phone and email with customers
- Attending Trade Shows
- Reporting on sales to executives on a quarterly basis
- Tracking sales and new cusotmer aquisitions in Salesforce on a daily basis
- Onboarding new customers
Required Competencies, Skills, and Education:
- Ability to speak politely and confidently by phone and in person with customers
- Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Experience with Microsoft programs (Excel, etc.) and CRM tools
- Minimum High School Diploma, Post Secondary
- Minimum 1+ years of related work experience in the Durable Medical Equipment
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and commission/bonus. The expectation for total compensation is $60,000-$80,000 in year 1 and $80,000-$100,000 in year 2.
