Key Responsibilities:
Handle all customer-related requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve complex inquiries and order issues, working closely with other departments.
Process all orders to completion, including retrieving, reviewing, and allocating inventory for large complex equipment and supply orders.
Resolve inquiries regarding price/item codes and work with the Credit Department on all order releases.
Collaborate with the Legal Department to assist in Contract Administration as needed.
Ensure timely shipment of orders by working closely with the Logistics Department to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V-Lookups.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, both within and outside Canon.
Strong analytical ability and resourcefulness in identifying and solving problems.
Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
Education and Experience:
Relevant field of education or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience in customer service, order management, or logistics is preferred.
Note:
This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Melville, NY.
Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
