The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a(n) HIS Product Analyst for Ambient Technology, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Collaborating with customers and Product Owners, across multiple development teams, to define software requirements and test cases for the AI-driven Fluency Align ambient physician documentation application features and reporting.
• Utilizing data analytics skills to evaluate areas for improvement in our AI models, as well as to help determine the best way to convey value to our customers
• Creating and maintaining product documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including training materials, user guides, release notes, and reporting
• Triaging development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities
• Executing Beta and Early Adopter programs for new products and features

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and three (3) years of experience in Health Information Systems and/or Software Development, Business Analysis, Product Management

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (7) years of experience in Health Information Systems and/or Software Development, Business Analysis, Product Management

AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2 years of strategic business analysis or data analytics experience
• 2 years of project management or similar experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in health information systems from an accredited institution
• 4+ years of combined experience working within the software application development lifecycle
• 4+ years of combined experience in strategic business analysis or product management
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence models
• Expertise in statistical analysis
• Excellent communication, oral presentation and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with the US Health Care industry
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with the US Health Care reimbursement methodologies - inpatient, outpatient, and risk adjustment

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $103,233 - $126,174, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
