- Identify members of the community and community partners that can provide opportunities to engage, inspire and ignite passion in students.

- Implement Next Step Ready (NSR) curriculum, which is a set of skills that was collaboratively developed with students, parents, and Industry Partners.
- Implement and design curriculum centered around Career Technical Education.
- Crosswalk standards to align with trades to provide context and purpose for all standards students are expected to master.
- Teach students skills that align with the trade to better equip them for success in the workforce.
- Scaffold instruction using the learning hook, identify where students are in their educational journey through assessment and engage them at the level that is appropriate for their growth.

- Idaho State certification in teaching in the appropriate subject areas. (Bachelor's Degree required, preferable in related field. Elevate can help with the teacher certification process.)
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and/or occasionaly be required to lift objects.
- Must have the ability and proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis.

- Meet professional teacher education requirements of school, district, and state.
