Description:
This is a Sikorsky Logistics Service Representative (FSR) position that will be supporting Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The Logistics Support Representative (LSR) shall provide supply chain management of all spares and equipment associated with the direct operation of the HH60W supported aircraft. The LSR shall endeavor to reduce the amount of Aircraft on Ground (“AOG”) time associated with spares availability and lead times. Task DescriptionThe LSR shall sit within SCOS Weapon System Flights and must:
Be the first-line for MICAPs; enables immediate knowledge to engage SCOS and OEM
Be the face of the OEM; first-line of defense between customer and OEM for answers
Provide reach back capability with OEM engineers, buyers and Supply Chain Management Team
Provide reach forward capability with depots, headquarters, customers in the field
Have ability to recommend Redistribution Orders for parts from base to base to prevent MICAPs
Process scripts daily to track all transactions affecting OEM Managed parts
Track carcasses from removal of the aircraft to arrival at the depot for repair
Resolve issues related to OEM managed parts with the field and the applicable depot and/or DLA
Track all demands for all OEM managed parts
Brief SCOS & AF Leadership as needed/required on contract-support parts (constraints)
Have experience with Sikorsky Integrated logistics systems
Basic Qualifications:
Integrated logistics systems exp.
Be readily available to sustainment and MICAP SMEs
Be able to access transactional “stock control”
Be knowledgeable of DoD/AF systems: ES-S, Tracker, IGC, LIMS-EV, FedMall, etc…
