We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Helpdesk technician with outstanding troubleshooting and communication skills to provide hardware and software end-user support. Individuals should have strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site end-user technical support
- Upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
- Productivity application support (Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, OneDrive)
- Provision and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
- Maintain Printers, Scanners, and Multifunction devices
- Maintain and troubleshoot VPN and Remote Access connectivity
- Onboard and Offboard personnel as needed
- Create, update, and maintain support documentation, tickets, and procedures
- Support in the provisioning of new branch offices
- Occasional travel to remote offices

- Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Microsoft 365, Azure AD
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have a car and a valid driver's license
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role
- IT certifications preferred (ex: CompTIA A+, Net+, Microsoft MCP)
