Position: Help Desk Analyst
Pay: Based on Experience
Job Type: Contract Hours: Monday - Friday / 7:30 am - 4 pm
We are looking to add an additional Help Desk Analyst in support of our growth on a contractual basis with strong hardware experience. The position will consist of serving our Windows 11 deployment which will include deployment of new PCs and Laptops.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Required Skills: EUC (End user computing) IT resource, Varied IT / multiple jobs tasks. DESKTOP / HELPDESK Windows 11/Win 10 deployment experience. Primary Service project laptop replacement - Image new PC, assist users with migrating to new PC. Primary Windows 11 deployment project work, assist users with migrating to new PC. Win 11 / Aged Hardware replacement - Image new PC, assist users with migrating to new PC. Ad-Hoc , assist with HELPDESK/desktop Ivanti Service Manager tool for incidents and requests queue as directed. Ad-Hoc Follow up with end user email request as directed.
