About This Role:
We're seeking a tech-savvy individual to join our growing team as a Help Desk Technician. You'll be the primary contact for IT issues, providing support to users in Las Vegas (on-site & remote) and across the US (remotely). Expect a fast-paced environment where you'll troubleshoot problems, maintain workstations, document solutions, and assist with various IT tasks.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Helpdesk Tech, you will:
- Provide first level technical support to users (on-site and remote) by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining company workstations via phone, email, instant message or in-person
- Provide answers to users by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through corrective steps
- Follow up with users as needed
- Keep record of problems and their resolutions
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support
- Maintain documentation and create guides for common issues
- Maintain accurate inventory of all company IT assets
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Test and configure new workstations, peripherals, and software
- Perform preventative maintenance of company hardware
- Administer mobile device management (iOS and Android)
- Provide additional IT support as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Helpdesk/IT support experience
- Highly organized
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions
- Experience installing software and updates to workstations
- Experience with Office 365 (apps and administration)
- Experience with Mac and Windows operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, hardware, software, and printing problems
- Experience installing and troubleshooting network cabling
- Willingness to travel to other office/store locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Okta or other single sign-on solutions
- Experience with mobile device management software
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Some lifting (up to 20+ lbs.)

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
