Helpdesk Specialist Tier III
Job Location – San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Overview
Evolver is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist Tier III to work in San Francisco, CA. (Hybrid - 2 days remote/3 days in office)
Helpdesk Specialistwill provide day-to-day tier 3 support to the Company. This position will require a candidate that will be the technical expert on all areas of end user system support. The candidate will be professional in dress and demeanor.
- Provide senior level workstation/laptop support
- Manage, deploy, and support desktop security patches
- Provide on-site Deskside Support to Upper-Level Managers
- Systematically resolve issues related to workstations and laptops
- Manage and resolve workstation/laptop security issues i.e. virus, spam, etc.
- Provide Professional Customer Service
- Document issues/problems
- Work closely with System engineers to resolve issues
- Be available as on-call support as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience with workstation and laptop support, Office 2010, 2013, 2016 and O365
- 7 years of experience supporting Workstations/Laptops
- 7 years of experience managing/deploying workstation/laptop refresh
- 7 years of experience with patch management
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with workstation and laptop support, Office 2010, 2013, 2016 and O365
- 10 years of experience supporting Workstations/Laptops
- 10 years of experience managing/deploying workstation/laptop refresh
- 10 years of experience with patch management
- Windows 7 and 10, Office 2010, 2013 and 2016
- HP, IBM Workstations and Laptops
- Knowledge of Symantec End Point, Patch management, etc.
- Financial applications i.e. Reuters, Eze Castle, etc.
- System build, deployment and maintenance
- Outlook support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support
- Strong familiarity with desktop security products
- Ability to interface with all levels of production and management Team
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems.
- Strong Documentation and communication skills
- Lync, Skype support, CRM client end support
- Experienced with Microsoft Intune and JAMF
- Relevant Microsoft Windows certifications are desired but not required

Your actual salary will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, market and work location. The annual salary range for this position in San Francisco Bay Area is between $130,000 and $150,000 USD/year.
