Some of your responsibilities will be understanding the IT Managed Service business model, working directly with clients on technical issues, and working together with the team to implement new ideas, services and products. You will grow with us as we scale our company.

We will train you for all necessary skills, but it is recommend that you have a minimum of three years computer skills, i.e. basic troubleshooting, Microsoft office, etc. Should have a good typing ability, 60 words per minute. We are more interested in your commitment, character and your ability to learn.

Job Duties include: 1. Office Administrative Work, 2. Entry Helpdesk Support, Creating Reports, Creating Presentations, Customer Service. 3. Phone Calls
