Description:
TEKsystems in Nashville is currently looking for a level one Help Desk consultant for a six month opportunity for a local client. We currently have four people on these team supporting the state of North Carolina's death portal and need to add an additional person to support the call volume.Position Information:*This consultant will be working on a team of 4 Help Desk Technicians.*90-95% of the time of this consultant's time will be spent on the phone with government employees and will need to provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction. The other 10% will be doing a mixture of documenting/reporting on common issues, maintaining call logs, imaging, and working on assigned tickets.*This consultant will have to provide technical expertise and problem resolution to ensure maximum user productivity and minimal downtime.*This person will be dealing with finance issues 70% of the time*This person will be doing a lot of password resets*Setting up and adding users in Active Directory In summary, the technician will spend the majority of their day handling phone calls to provide technical support for government employees who are using Vitalchek's proprietary applications and the rest of their time will be spent doing documentation, reporting and imaging.
