GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Help Desk technician to provide technical assistance on computer systems for our customers. This position will be mostly remote support but occasional onsite visits to the customer locations will be required.
We do not require overtime or on-call shifts in our effort to help everyone keep a healthy work-life balance. We work as a team and share skills and knowledge freely, so expect to learn a lot from colleagues while on the job.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
* Experience as an IT Help Desk technician.
* Reliable transport ion and willingness to go onsite to various client office locations around the valley.
* Windows operating systems knowledge.
* General understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network concepts.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide technical support over the phone, remotely and on site to clients.
* Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environments.
* Ensure all call details are captured and entered into ticketing system according to procedure.
* Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, ISP, Cloud Services, VoIP providers to move issues towards completion.
* On-site work is required to assist and collaborate with project deployment including infrastructure roll out, network expansion, client hand holding, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
