As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide our Derse teams with day to day support for all hardware, software, and system applications to employees. This position must reside within the Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, and comes with a unique challenge and set of responsibilities. Help Desk Technician Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and analyze user hardware and software problems
- Install, configure and deploy user hardware and software
- Support and troubleshoot MS Office, Windows 10 / 11 and Active Directory, MAC OS Experience with Windows Server and Windows Exchange is a plus
- Provide training to company personnel on hardware and software use
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware and software owned by the company
- Assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation of all operations, procedures, and systems as they pertain to the computer operations
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions with staff
Help Desk Technician Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or Associate degree in Computer Science and/or 2 + years experience in IT support related position
- Highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and able to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Requires occasional weekend hours
- Possess strong organization / communication skills and attention to detail
