Job Description
Folience, an Iowa-based, ESOP-owned holding company, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Shared Services Technology team. This position will be located at Life Line Emergency Vehicles in Sumner, Iowa.
The Help Desk Technician will:
- Manage incoming support requests and attempts to troubleshoot technical issues
- Escalate incidents to network, security, and system administrators as needed
- Provide onboarding, offboarding, and entitlement support for end users
- Build, fix, and provide technical support for end user hardware and software issues
Position requires an Associate’s degree in appropriate discipline and 0-2 years related experience, or in the absence of an Associate’s degree, 2 years related experience.
