(a) Three (3) years of information systems experience in IT Help Desk support .
OR
(b) An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field;
AND
one (1) year of information systems experience in IT Help Desk support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong at learning and implementing new technologies.
- Experience with Tier II level technical support and quality documentation.
- Experience with imaging computers; MS SCCM experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with identity management; Microsoft Active Directory preferred.
- Experience with ITIL framework and ITSM; Foundations v4 preferred.
- Experience in security remediation and solution engineering.
- Preference may be given to someone with certifications for ITIL Foundations, MCP, MCSE, HDI, and A+.

- The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95%.
