Job Description:
• Provide support to SARNET end-users for PC, server or mainframe applications, and hardware. Interact with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
Help Desk (Tier II) support for ARNET Enterprise, ICB NRC/MRC, DITCO-Client
• Enterprise Tier 2 Helpdesk services in support of the Client ARNET Enterprise.
• The Client Tier 2 Help Desk Service will provide second level engineering support to the Client ARNET and Secure Network Enterprise.
• The Help Desk Service support will provide knowledge in the areas of IP and networking protocols, management applications and troubleshooting techniques, and focus on disaster recovery activities and escalations among the operational ARNET user base to include all Regional Support Centers and soldier end users.
