Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install and configure hardware and software for various manufactures
- Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
- Record, track, and document the Help Desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution
- Respond in timely manner to requests and issues
- Repair and replace equipment as needed
- Provide remote support to end users and onsite if required
- Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.
- Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups).
- Heavy use of Windows and Mac OS devices
- Ability to work in Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, 365 and Teams
- Understanding of Cisco, Meraki, Aruba networking products
- Understanding of Palo Alto, Meraki, Cisco, Fortinet security products
- Create documentation for staff for training purposes
- Resolve Tier 1 support tickets
You’re a great fit if you have:
- A two- or four- year college degree, preferably in an IT related major
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications is required
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills
- The ability to work from home in a hybrid corporate setting, onsite in Oakdale at our headquarters based on scheduling, and to also have the ability to travel 10-15% mostly regionally to client sites when needed
- A Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A team player attitude with a strong ability to collaborate and establish rapport with staff, customers, and business partners
- Proven detail-orientation with excellent organizational ability
