Work Schedule:Minimum of 20 hours per month, maximum of 80 hours per month. The schedule is determined based on the workload.
Primary Duties/Brief Description of Work:
The candidate will be expected to assist with the receiving of new equipment and the change out of old hardware. This will include but is not limited to desktops, laptops, and tablets. They will also work with Tier 2 techs on the deployment and return of tier 2 equipment such as IP Cameras, iPads, Switches, UPSs and Wireless Apps, etc. Other responsibilities include backing up and wiping returned hard drives, taking screenshots of computers, transferring user's files, installation of various programs, handling customer calls or walk-ins, loaning equipment to internal departments, and other general tasks.
The job is NON-EXEMPT under FLSA.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient experience in Windows and Microsoft Office, etc.
- Able to lift at least 70 pounds
An Ideal Candidate Would Also Possess (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with PC's, laptops, and cellular devices
