A TEKsystems client is seeking a qualified individual to join their Service Desk Team. This position is on-site in Trinity, NC
This individual would provide primarily over the phone support. Their duties include but not limited to receive and resolve tickets, administer password resets, assist with user onboard and offboarding, printer support, and provide peripheral support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk/Service Desk/Customer Support experience
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, People Skills, and Professional
- Ticketing Management System Experience would be preferred as they use ServiceNow but this is not required but need to grasp being able to route and update tickets and ticket maintenance within queue.
