Amazing Care Home Health Services is currently hiring a Help Desk Analyst for Aurora Location.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for a very strong desktop support person to join the Amazing Care Team.
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Processes and prioritizes work requests and escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Performs routine troubleshooting and maintenance (by either phone or dispatch) on computers, monitors, peripherals, software; installation, repair, and upgrade of software within the organization including but not limited to software applications and business suites, operating systems, drivers, and utilities
- Deploys new equipment and all operating software. (Mac and PC's).
- Performs basic account maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provides end user customer support to assist end users with all use aspects of their devices including set-up, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and upgrades.
- Technical support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, MS Office, Office 365, user accounts, Voice over IP (VoIP), basic network connectivity.
- Maintains a current and accurate inventory of all devices at all times.
- Maintains accurate and current documentation on process, procedure and infrastructure.
- Detail oriented gets it right the first time
- Able to lift and move 25 pounds repeatedly
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Participates in the on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or 2 years of relevant work experience with relevant industry certifications or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ Certification
- Windows, Apple, etc. certifications a plus
- Previous experience in the IT field required
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Very strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, consensus building and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Administration fundamental tasks such as password resets, computer join/disjoin, group membership add/remove
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
- VoIP experience plus
- Network experience plus
