Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IT Help Desk Analystfor a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Aurora, CO. Position is Hybrid.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Min 3 years of related experience
- Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
- Basic troubleshooting skills of common Microsoft applications
Preferred Skills:
- Exp troubleshooting Windows & Macintosh devices preferred
- IT related certifications related to Microsoft 365/Azure or other certifications preferred
- Previous helpdesk exp preferred
- Previous exp in a hospital healthcare environment preferred
