Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a Call Center environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Good critical thinking skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
